Shipping Policy Effective Date: May 19, 2026

All orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). After delivery, we will send the logistics tracking number to your registered email.

We support global delivery. Standard logistics delivery time is 7-14 working days, and fast logistics is 3-5 working days.

All international orders may incur local customs duties and import taxes, which shall be borne by the buyer.

We are not responsible for logistics delays, package loss and detention caused by customs inspection, bad weather and logistics company reasons.

Please fill in the correct and detailed delivery address when placing an order. We will not resend or refund for goods lost due to wrong address.

If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days after delivery to solve the problem.
